These training days will include;
1st day
Lower Leg Dissection 9.30am - 4pm
This day will open your eyes to how complex the body is just below the surface. We will remove the hoof capsule to show the internal working of the foot and give you an insight into the location of all the major nerve and circulatory routes into and out of the foot.  We will also cover the tendons and ligaments with their actions and physical make up with relevance to our treatments.

2nd day Equine Laser Therapy 9.30am - 5.30pm
The technical side of Laser, simplifying the workings including Power / Joules / Treatment Times, Protocols and settings.
Case studies include wounds, joint and muscle damage with Acute and Chronic issues and how you might want to treat them. 
Safe use and contraindications.
Practical use of the machine and protocols, enabling you to work on horses to learn the correct use or perfect the skills you already have.

3rd day Canine Laser Therapy  9.30am - 5.30pm
We will cover basic Canine anatomy, in relation to laser therapy
How various issues may affect the dogs gait and behaviour
Protocols to use on certain issues
How to liaise with the owners vet, to achieve the best result for the dog and its owner.
NB. This is not a dog handling course , though we will cover general safety.  Please ensure you are confident in handling dogs and be aware of the reactions they may exhibit.

We highly recommend you have insurance to work with other people horses so at the end of Day 2 and 3 there will be a short exam that gives you a Basic Laser competence Certificate. 
This should be enough to gain you insurance cover.
